Reaseheath College converted part of its Adventure Sports building into an immersive, interactive learning space. Compass Complete Solutions Limited was appointed to design and deliver fire alarm modifications, making the Mallory Room L1 ready while allowing for future upgrades across the wider site. Our engineers worked closely with on-site staff to agree on the scope and system design.
PROBLEMS FACED
The existing CIE and conventional fire alarm system were outdated and no longer suitable. Compass Complete Solutions upgraded the site to an advanced addressable fire alarm system with zone monitors for remaining areas, while also integrating access control for enhanced security. On-site electricians completed cabling and containment, with our team handling termination, programming, and commissioning.
END RESULT
The project delivered an addressable CIE ready for future network expansion. The Mallory Room now benefits from L1-compliant addressable detection, call points, and sounders. Full testing, certification, and system handover were completed efficiently within a three-day programme.
